14-Day Return Window We offer a 14-day return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your Aura product, you may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

Eligibility To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

• Unused and in its original condition
• In the original packaging
• Accompanied by proof of purchase

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned:

• Products that have been used or damaged after delivery
• Items returned after the 14-day window

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we'll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges If you received a defective or damaged item, we'll replace it at no extra cost. Please contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Shipping Costs Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.
