The product is good, but it's quite fragile. It arrived a bit dented because of that. It has a system where you fill it with water and it doesn't leak until it's placed on the base.
Very good containers for food and water. Filling the feed is convenient. This is a conscious second purchase of such containers for water and dry food. My first model was from Amazon, and the feed dispensing opening was so poorly designed that the feed didn't slide out on its own. This problem does not exist here. Additionally, it is convenient to fill the feed from above. With my old one, I had to remove the entire feed container to fill it. I am satisfied with the purchase. Thank you very much.
The delivery person called me so I could pick up the package in person. I had noticed that the tank was large (I have 4 cats, so that's understandable xD) but I'm still surprised by its size!! So far, everything is fine! We'll see over time, and there's a slight leak at the cap of the water tank, but since it needs to be placed upside down, it's not a big deal!
Product works as it should, my dog is shy of the bubbles coming after he drinks. But can’t blame the product for that 🙂

There is a problem with food for a large dog when the tablets are big; the food gets stuck.
And it doesn't fall into the bowl.

The package never arrived, the delivery company lost it after complaining to them without result. They refunded my money, but I won't get back the more than two months of lost time.

It's a very practical and very good little product! The water capacity is very good and you can even add ice to keep the water fresh.
Our dog likes the feeder tower. The tower holds a lot of food and can be easily refilled from the top thanks to the removable lid - this was important to us since the old tower didn't have this function and refilling was always very tedious.
Very large, safe, because you don't have to worry about the animals not having water. I recommend.
